FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk meets Sevilla FC in the finals of UEFA Europa League.

It came as a surprise the victory of Dnipro over Napoli, i guess most us of didn`t expect such an outcome. At least, Rafael Benitez, manager of FC Napoli, was stunned, he couldn`t believe it, saying that both legs they have been in control of the game, creating a lot of chances to score and doesn`t understand how did it happen.

This years UEFA Europa League final, will take place in Warsaw at the National Stadium of Warsaw, for the first time, and also for the first time Dnipro meets Sevilla in any kind of football competition.

Sevilla defeated Fiorentina, in the semi-finals, and would be the fourth trophy of Europa League they would take home, if they won. They previously won in Eindhoven versus Middlesbrough in 2006, Glasgow against RCD Espanyol in 2007 and Turin against SL Benfica in 2014.

For Dnipro would be a very desired event, and would be a first to win this trophy, this is the reason for their motivation also and hard work. They have come a long way, and they had a balanced and smooth performace this campaign, a lot of self-confidence and maybe they would deserve the trophy, just to write some lines in the history of the ukrainian football.

At the beginning of this season, FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovska, started in the third qualifying round, meaning they had by far a lon long way to go ahead of them, 18 games to be exact, while Sevilla was had 14. They kept their self-confidence, their focus and never gave up, so they have made it in the final.

Sevilla had good results throughout the season, even the winnings in the last four games, recently eliminated Fiorentina in the semi-finals, so i think they have a good tone and should keep it that way.

Very motivated, both sides, one more then the other, but the favorit remains Sevilla with much more experience, better results and better players.
