A very interesting duel from Group E will take place this Friday, putting face to face Slovenia and Lithuania. This game will start at 19:45 and it’s part of the 9th round of the Euro 2016 Qualifications.
Slovenia still hope to qualify in play-off, being really difficult for them to finish on the second place. More exactly, the home team has 12 points and a 15-10 goal difference, three points behind Switzerland. England are already qualified so there is nothing to talk about. Slovenia managed to win three of their four home matches in Group E, losing only once.
The other side, Lithuania have no big expectations from this campaign. They are on the 5th place, only San Marino being in a worse position at the moment. Anyway, it wasn’t a really bad campaign for the guests, considering that they won nine points so far. Their goal difference is a bad one, with only six goals scored and no fewer than 14 conceded. Lithuania lost the reverse fixture, 0-2 in front of the own fans.
