Arsenal versus Aston Villa, FA Cup Final.

Aston Villa are hosting today Arsenal at the Wembley Stadium, for the final of the FA Cup. It will be the first FA Cup for Aston Villa in 15 years, so it`s going to be a big event for wich Aston Villa are prepared to give their very best for this trophy.

Aston Villa played ten times the final of FA Cup and have won seven times, but be have to consider the fact that it was a long time ago, back in 1957. Arsenal instead, have played 19 finals of the FA Cup and have won 11, this years trophy would be the 12th one, that`s a pretty big number, and they have all the required attributes to get it.

Last time Aston Villa met Arsenal at Emirates Stadium, they`ve lost big time, with a score of 5-0 in the favour of Arsenal, leaving Villa just 3 points above the relegation zone. It was a strong game, very disappointing for the visitors who nearly made it to score a goal three minutes before half-time. Arsenal were very dominant and unbreakable, plus Mesut Ozil and Theo Walcott were back in the game, from a long absence and were determined to set up a victory. Villa was truly hoping that after the break the things were to change, but instead it got worse and finished with another winning for the hosts.

For the match today we will have also a surprise, Christian Benteke, the powerful centre forward is set to go. He`s a very smooth finisher on the groung, involved in long passes and he`s not the only one at Villa who can creat real problems to Arsenal, there are also the young Jack Grealish an inside-left position, who masters the ball on the field, while Fabian Delph has smoothly managed to turn the defence into attack.These would be the players Arsenal must have their eyes on.

Arsenal are placed on the third place on the Barclays Premier League table, with 75 points a long distance from Aston Villa on the 17th position with only 38 points. I know i`m repeating myself, but i always say, this tables are not just some numbers but the measuring of the teams efforts, performance, results. The odds are definitely on Arsenal, today, they will have their 12th trophy.
