Valencia and Rapid Vienna will face each other today from 20:05 in the last 32 round of Europa League. Nothing is excluded, altough the hosts are in pole-position at first view.
Valencia finally managed to get a good result after a bad run, winning 2-1 over Espanyol few days ago in La Liga. As I said, they ended a very bad run of four consecutive games without a win (D1 – L3) and with a goal scored and ten conceded. Neville’s team recorded three wins, five draws and one defeat in the last ten home matches in all competitions.
On the other hand, Rapid Vienna will come here to get maximum as they want to keep their qualification chances alive for the second leg. The Austrians played only three official games this year, ticking two wins in Tipico Bundesliga and a defeat in the domestic cup. Their away record is unimpressive, with three wins and five defeats in the last eight trips in all competitions.
