The first game scheduled in the last 16 round at EURO 2016 is going to be a very well-balanced one, with Switzerland and Poland facing each other from 14:00.
Switzerland are the underdogs at first view, but nothing is excluded. They have a strong defense, proof that they conceded only one goal in the group-stage from the penalty spot. Xhaka and his teammates finished on the second place in Group A, with five points and a 2-1 goal difference, not so impressive, but enough to secure their place in the KO stage.
The other side, Poland are really strong, especially in the defense, as they conceded no goals so far. More exactly, Lewa & Co won 1-0 over Northern Ireland and 1-0 over Ukraine, while the game vs Germany ended with a goalless draw. We’ll probably see a 4-4-2 formation fielded by them today, with Lewandowski and Milik announced up front.
