Betting tips – Portugal vs Wales – 06.07.2016

The first EURO 2016 Semifinal will take place Wednesday evening from 20:00, UK Time, putting face to face Portugal and Wales.
The Lusitans seem to have the first chance at the bookies, with odds around 2.20 for a win. Anyway, they failed to impress so far, being the only team to reach semifinals without winning a game after 90 minutes. Ronaldo & Co ticked three draws in group-stage, then they eliminated Croatia after Extra Time and Poland after penalties. We expect to see Ronaldo and Nani as main strikers in a 4-1-3-2 formation.
Wales are likely to field a 3-5-1-1 formation once again, with Gareth Bale as the second striker, behind Robson-Kanu. The Welsh side had an impressive campaign so far, ticking four wins and only one defeat, 1-2 to England after they were leading at half time. Bale & Co eliminated Belgium in the Quarter Finals, 3-1, winning from behind.
Portugal vs Wales probable lineups:
Portugal (4-1-3-2): Patricio – Soares, Pepe, Fonte, Eliseu – Pereira – Silva, Sanches, Mario – Ronaldo, Nani.
Wales (3-5-1-1): Hennessey – Chester, Williams, Collins – Gunter, Ledley, Williams, Allen, Taylor – Bale – Kanu.
Portugal vs Wales prediction: Over 1,5 goals @ 1.55
We expect a spectacular duel here, with at least to goals in the game. Four of Wales’ five matches produced at least three goals and we have serious reasons to expect another good game, considering that Portugal have a very good attack too.
