There is no surprise to see Villarreal having the first chance here, despite their recent form. The Spanish team managed to win only one of the last four games. More exactly, they won 2-1 vs Eibar few days ago in Primera Division. The fourth team in Spain at the moment surely wants to get maximum from a game like this one and Villarreal probably have expectations this campaign, maybe to play the final. Rukavina is suspended, but there are three more missing players, all injured: Bonera, Musacchio and dos Santos.
Sparta Prague lost the previous game, 0-2 to Slavocko in Synot Liga, ending a very good run of six games without a loss. Their last two games produced less than three goals so we could expect another tight game here. Sparta Prague recorded six wins and four defeats in their previous ten trips in all competitions, including a friendly game vs Dortmund in January (1-3).
