Wolfsburg will host Gent in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League last 16 round. The game will take place Tuesday evening from 19:45, as usual.
Wolfsburg are clearly in pole-position at the bookies and they confirmed their superiority in the first leg too, winning 3-2 after the were leading 3-0 at some point. Draxer and his teammates are coming here after two wins in Bundesliga, scoring six goals and their form seems to get better and better. The Germans have a good morale and they are looking forward to qualify in the Quarter Finals of UCL.
Gent are coming after a dissapointing result in Jupiler League, only 1-1 vs Leuven at home. The visiting team managed to score two goals in the last 15 minutes of the first leg and they still hope to qualify in the next round. It won’t be easy, as they have a weaker squad at first view, but nothing is excluded. However, Gent lost four of the last five trips in all competitions.

Wolfsburg had no problems in the first leg, except the last 15 minutes of the game. I expect them to control the game again and why not, to record another win over the Belgian side, the odds being very interesting.
